At the Illinois Institute of Technology, Jolie was in her second year, Will in his third. He caught her eye - or did she catch his?

Either way, we knew nothing about each other and didn't have any mutual friends. Our paths kept crossing between classes and in the lunch room.

"OMG, the cute guy is over there," Jolie would say to her friend, Emily.

After many shared glances, double takes, and encouragement from his friend Dominique, Will finally slid into Jolie's DM's. He asked her out for coffee. She said yes - but ended up having to cancel.

About a week later, we crossed paths again and Will asked Jolie out for coffee once more. She said yes, and we spent nearly three hours talking at the Red Line Cafe, just off of campus. He walked her back to the dorm and asked her out on a second date.

We've been talking every day since :)
